Shipping/Freight Information We ship UPS or common carrier when the size or weight of your order exceeds UPS limits. UPS limits packages to 70 pounds and a girth/length of 130". We reserve the right to select the most economical method of shipment.
Prepaid UPS orders including those charged to a credit card or to your account, will be billed for freight.
Freight on factory direct shipments will be billed separately, since these charges are not available from the shipping company until after your order has been shipped.
Common carrier orders will ship freight collect, unless you make other arrangements. This includes prepaid, credit card and open account orders. Freight collect means you must pay freight to the truck company at the time of delivery.
Claims Please check your order when it is received. Claims for damaged goods should be filed immediately with the common carrier. Please note the damage on the freight bill or express receipt. The carrier agents are responsible for all damage claims. Call your account representative for assistance on UPS claims. Any claim for shortage must be made within five days after receipt of the goods. Please have your invoice / BOL number.
Returns and exchanges Please obtain a return authorization from your account representative before returning or exchanging any merchandise. Unauthorized returns cannot be credited. Merchandise should be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice. On orders over 30 days old and factory direct orders, there may be a 25% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 60 days of the invoice date. Custom orders cannot be returned at anytime.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to any tax which is in effect or may be imposed by state or federal law.
